For more than 30 years, the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) CEO Summit has been the premier business event in the Asia Pacific. This year it will be held in Gyeongju, South Korea, from October 28-31, bringing together over 1,000 C-level executives, thought leaders, and government representatives.
This year’s theme, 'Bridge, Business, Beyond' will focus on opportunities and challenges reshaping global business, including AI and digital innovation, energy transition, and health care. The Summit aims to spark innovative solutions that drive economic growth and regional prosperity.
The Canadian business delegation for the CEO Summit will be led by the Canadian members of the APEC Business Advisory Council (ABAC), Ms. Jan De Silva and Mr. Joseph Fung, supported by the Asia Pacific Foundation of Canada in our capacity as the Secretariat for ABAC Canada, and in collaboration with the Business Council of Canada.
The Summit offers a unique opportunity to engage with government leaders and senior officials from across the APEC region. It also provides a platform to forge strategic partnerships with top executives from leading companies and explore new markets and growth opportunities in the world’s fastest-growing region. Participants will also hear keynote addresses from world leaders.
