A Roundtable Discussion ~ "Rule of Law: The China Story Since 2012"
APFC's Vancouver office and DLA Piper (Canada LLP) are hosting an invite-only roundtable discussion on the “Rule of Law: The China Story Since 2012” with Dr. Zhenmin Wang, Dean of Tsinghua University School of Law. The talk will focus on the rule of law in China since the fourth plenary session of the 18th Central Committee of the Communist Party in China.
Dr. Wang is a top Chinese constitutional law scholar and a former Fulbright visiting scholar at Harvard Law School. His teaching and research mainly focus on constitutional and administrative law and the basic laws of Hong Kong and Macao.
