Justine leads FCC, Canada’s largest agriculture and food lender and among the country’s top 10 financial institutions by asset size. The  corporation supports and elevates the success of the farmers, ranchers, processors, producers and innovators who power Canada’s food system.  

A seasoned financial services executive, Justine has deep experience  across lending, credit and risk management, as well as organizational  transformation. She brings a creative, pragmatic and fresh approach  to finding solutions and unlocking new opportunities.  

Since joining FCC in 2023, Justine has led a customer‑first approach,  advancing digital tools, data platforms, and innovative financial  solutions that support growth across the industry. Under her leadership, FCC Capital has advanced a multibillion-dollar investment strategy that accelerates growth in Canadian agri-food technology, supporting companies that are driving productivity, sustainability and global competitiveness.

Her focus is on providing faster service, stronger insights and innovative financial solutions while leading FCC’s modernization of digital tools and data platforms, including advancements such as AgExpert management software and Root AI.

Justine is known for her energetic, people-centered leadership style.She is a relentless, passionate advocate for Canada’s ag and food industry and the people who make it succeed. Over the span of nearly three decades prior to leading FCC, Justine held various senior leadership roles at Export Development Canada and the Royal Bank of Canada. In 2026, she received an honorary degree from Olds College of Agriculture & Technology.
