Dr. Natalia Mykhaylova is the Founder and CEO of WeavAir, a global climate intelligence company redefining how organizations monitor, predict, and mitigate environmental and operational risks. WeavAir’s AI-driven digital twin and sensing technologies enable real-time insights into emissions, energy efficiency, climate resilience, and asset performance—delivering rapid ROI while supporting long-term sustainability goals.  

Dr. Mykhaylova holds a PhD in Chemical & Environmental Engineering and brings deep expertise at the intersection of climate science, advanced analytics, and industrial systems. Her career bridges academia, applied R&D, and international commercialization, with experience delivering solutions across sectors including manufacturing, agriculture, transportation, real estate, and finance. 

Under her leadership, WeavAir has received over 20 international awards and partnered with organizations across Asia, Europe, and North America, helping reduce millions of tonnes of CO₂ annually while improving resilience to climate-driven disruptions. Dr. Mykhaylova is passionate about translating complex climate data into practical tools that empower decision-makers to act with speed, confidence, and impact.
