Paola Duncan

Paola K. Duncan is the Co-Founder and International Trader at Orionsea Enterprises Inc., a Canadian exporter of pulses, grains, and specialty crops with operations across Canada and partnerships spanning the Americas, Europe, and Asia. Since co-founding Orionsea in 2014, she has played a key role in expanding the company’s global reach and strengthening trade connections across diverse markets.  

Fluent in English, Spanish, French, and Mandarin, and conversational in Portuguese, Paola brings extensive cross-cultural expertise and international business experience gained from living and working abroad, including in China, North America, and Latin America. She excels in building strong, trust-based relationships between growers, processors, and buyers worldwide.
