Emily Zhu

Recent Graduate, Master of Public Policy, University of Tokyo

Emily holds a Master in Public Policy from the University of Tokyo and a Bachelor in International Development and Psychology from McGill University. Her professional and academic interests include behavioural insights in public policy, education policy, and space policy. 

She has previously worked with the Government of Canada and across several international organizations, including the European Space Agency and the Asian Development Bank Institute. Most recently, she served as a Junior Fellow at the United Nations University Rector’s Office, contributing to institutional research, high-level events, and public communications.
