Jessica Li

Policy Analyst, Natural Resources Canada

Jessica Li is a policy analyst with Natural Resources Canada, where she advances Canada’s renewable energy and electricity priorities. She develops national programs and policies to accelerate the deployment of renewable energy and co-ordinates Canada’s renewable energy contributions to key international initiatives, including the Indo-Pacific Strategy and Canada’s membership in the International Renewable Energy Agency. 

Jessica has previously worked for the OECD in France and the UNESCAP in Korea. She graduated with a Master of Environmental Policy, specializing in East Asian studies, from Sciences Po Paris and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Toronto.
