Madison Tsoutsoulas
Madison is a Master of Arts Candidate at the Norman Paterson School of International Affairs at Carleton University, specializing in International Economic Policy. Through her work as an Evaluation Officer at Global Affairs Canada, she contributes to the Horizontal Evaluation of Canada’s Indo-Pacific Strategy, conducting analysis on the Strategy’s relevance, effectiveness, and efficiency. Her work focuses primarily on cross-departmental trade promotion, investment, and business development initiatives. Madison’s academic and professional interests lie at the intersection of Canada–Asia economic relations, climate policy, natural resource governance, and clean technology solutions. Her work focuses on how these policy areas influence trade and investment flows, strengthen economic partnerships, and shape pathways toward sustainable and resilient growth.
