Pat Fraser is a Trade and International Relations Analyst at the Government of Nova Scotia. He previously served as a Strategic Policy Advisor and speechwriter to Nova Scotia Premier Tim Houston. His undergraduate thesis, “Lobster Diplomacy: Nova Scotia and the Provincial Role in Canada-China Relations,” was published in the International Journal, Canada's leading international affairs journal.
Pat has a keen interest in Canadian politics, journalism, research, and international affairs. He is a runner, a Red Sox fanatic, and likes reading Hemingway.
