Patrick Girard

Patrick Girard earned a master’s degree in Public and International Affairs from the University of Montreal after completing a bachelor’s degree in Asian Studies. His academic path reflects a strong interest in diplomacy, international co-operation, and the Indo-Pacific region. 

In 2025, he joined the MOSAIC Taiwan fellowship hosted by Taiwan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, an opportunity that enriched his understanding of regional dynamics. He also interned with the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam, gaining hands-on experience in economic affairs and cross-border collaboration. Committed to public service, Patrick strives to promote Quebec and Canada’s diplomatic and economic engagement across Asia.
