Zarif Ahmed

Zarif Ahmed is a public servant at Global Affairs Canada, currently focused on engagement with Southeast Asia. He previously worked on Canada–China trade relations. Earlier in his career, Zarif advised companies and NGOs on political risk in emerging markets. He is a graduate of the University of Calgary and an alumnus of the World Economic Forum’s Global Shapers Community, a network of young global leaders.
