Phebe Ferrer

Phebe M. Ferrer is the Project Specialist for the APEC-Canada Growing Business Partnership. She was a former MSME Research Assistant and a Junior Research Scholar. She is an MA graduate from the University of British Columbia's Department of Political Science.
