The Munk School of Global Affairs at the Asian Institute, University of Toronto and the NCA are partnering to host H.E. Ambassador Lu Shumin, Executive Vice-President, Chinese People’s Institute of Foreign Affairs and Former Chinese Ambassador to Canada for a discussion on the Canada-China Relationship.
