Dongwook Seoh

Dr. Dongwook Seoh is an Associate Research Fellow at the Directorate for Global Strategy, with his adjunct appointment at the Center for National HR Policy in S&T, at the Science and Technology Policy Institute (STEPI) in Korea. His academic background in economics and public administration, along with his keen interest in science, technology, and innovation, has led him to focus on the public sector’s role in addressing relevant issues. Dr. Seoh’s current research interest includes national innovation system, public R&D organizations, and the global value chain of STEM talents.
