Cindy Gordon
Dr. Cindy Gordon is the CEO & founder of SalesChoice. She has an extensive background and expertise in diverse industries, including high tech, financial services, professional services, telecommunications, transportation, and logistics.
She is recognized globally as a digital transformation thought leader, bridging new ways of working, using the most advanced forms of AI, and leading technology innovations.
She has held senior executive or partnership roles at Accenture, XDLI, Xerox, and Citicorp. She has led or contributed to global business transformation and technology modernization programs at Accenture, Bell Canada, Citigroup, CIBC, LGS Electronics, Rogers Communications, RBC, and many more.
She has been an active angel investor in companies like Eloqua, which was sold for $1.2 billion, and is currently advising leading AI companies, including Emotional Cloud, KAJI, and TallyWell.
Cindy is equally active in the not-for-profit sector and is the former National Chair for CATA for Women in Technology and Co-Chair of Smarter Cities. Cindy is the recipient of over 20 international awards, including the Responsible AI Global Innovation Award, Digital CEO Innovator of the Year Award (Bonhill Award), and the Governor’s General Award for Innovation and Community Leadership. She is recognized by Onalytica as one of the top global AI thought leaders and is also a Forbes AI thought leader, with a regular column. She also teaches AI Strategy, AI Business Transformation, AI Ethics, and Law at USAII and George Brown College.
Cindy is the author of 16 books, most recently The AI Dilemma. She is currently publishing a new book, AI Precipice: An Executive Guide to Balancing Innovation and Safety. She also holds a doctorate in complexity sciences from the University of Toronto. She has completed AI Strategy and Transformation Executive Programs at MIT, and was recently awarded an Honorary Doctorate from George Brown College, where Dr. Gordon teaches AI Ethics and Law.
Cindy is a proud mother of two children and is married to Perry Muhlbier.
