Currently an Honorary Senior Fellow on Chinese Politics at the Asia Society Policy Institute’s Center for China Analysis, Professor Takahara is the Emeritus Professor at the University of Tokyo and the Distinguished Visiting Professor at the Tokyo Woman’s Christian University.
