Kelvin Hung joined Cascade Aerospace, an operating unit of IMP Aerospace & Defence, in 2014, focusing on marketing strategy and business opportunities in the Asia Pacific and Europe . He is now in charge of international business development on civil and military aircraft modification and modernization for all six business units under IMP A&D.

Kelvin served as a conscript engine overhaul corporal in the Republic of China Air Force after he graduated from the Department of Aeronautical Engineering, Tamkang University, Taiwan. His career in the aviation industry started in 1993 in the Office of Committee of Aviation and Space Industry Development (CASID) as a planning engineer where he guided local precision machinery companies to upgrade as qualified subcontractors and suppliers for major aerospace manufacturers globally.

After he earned his master's degree of Air Transport Management at Cranfield University, United Kingdom in 1996, Kelvin returned to Taiwan and joined a reputable trading firm, working with leading aircraft and engine manufacturers, defence equipment contractors, and transportation consortia. 

As the Vice President of Aerospace and New Business, his expertise is in sales and 
marketing not only for commercial and military aviation but also MRO, ship-board sensors, armour vehicles, satellites, surveillance/security systems and international trade.
