Pia Angeli Bernal is the Strategic Partnerships Manager at Kickstart Ventures where she supports business development of the Kickstart Ventures investment portfolio by leveraging her 20+ years of experience in community relations and consultation, public-private sector stakeholder engagement and partnership-building, event management, business development, and corporate communications. 

As employee #1 at Kickstart Ventures in 2012, she was an early player in the transition of the Philippine startup ecosystem from pockets of developer communities into a single innovation community of founders, investors, and key enablers with a mission to build disruptive digital businesses. 

She continues to enjoy building bridges between startups and the people and resources they need, where aligning profit and purpose is central to the strategic partnerships playbook.
