Lusia Novita Sari

Lusia Novita Sari is entrusted as the Head of Advocacy and Partnership Division of the Indonesian Young Womenpreneur Association (HIPMI Womenpreneur), where she works to foster collaboration with various stakeholders to advance women’s economic empowerment. Her strong interest in international relations led her to pursue a master’s degree at New York University, and she was later selected as a Women in Foreign Policy Fellow of the Foreign Policy Community of Indonesia. She currently serves as a policy analyst at the Cabinet Support Secretariat, where she supports evidence-based policy formulation and strategic coordination across government priorities.
