Bui Phan Quang Anh

Bui Phan Quang Anh is an Urban Resilience Consultant with the World Bank in Vietnam, where he supports project management and infrastructure financing for climate adaptation and urban development. He also contributes geopolitical and policy analysis for SIS, a British Columbia-based international affairs research consultancy, and serves as an editor for The ASEAN Frontier, a youth-led media platform covering political, economic, and social developments across Southeast Asia. Previously, he worked as a Foreign Service Officer at Vietnam’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and as a Government Affairs Analyst at Apple. He holds a master’s degree in international relations from Université Jean Moulin Lyon 3 and studied at the Université de Montréal and Sciences Po Paris.
