Carlos Primo David

Dr. David currently serves as the Undersecretary for Integrated Environmental Science at the Department of Environment and Natural Resources. Concurrently, he serves as the Head of the Geospatial Database Office and the Water Resources Management Office.

Dr. Carlos Primo C. David is a licensed geologist and professor of Geology and Environmental Science at the University of the Philippines. He is a project leader of the Department of Science and Technology’s Project NOAH. He graduated with a degree in Geology and earned his Master's in Geology at the University of the Philippines. He obtained his Ph.D.at Stanford University with a degree in Environmental Science and Geology. Dr. David was the Executive Director of the Department of Science and Technology’s Philippine Council for Industry, Energy and Emerging Technology Research and Development.
