of the Pacific Economic Cooperation Council (PECC) State-of-the-Region Task Force, will be the keynote
speaker in Plenary Session Three “APEC’s Growth: State of the Region Report” on
June 29, 2011 in Singapore as part of the PECC-USAPC-SINCPEC Conference from
June 29 to 30.
