Canadian Women-only Business Mission to Singapore and Taiwan

The Asia Pacific Foundation of Canada, with strong support from the public and private sectors, will lead The Canadian Women-only Business Mission to Singapore and Taiwan in early March 2027.

This mission is part of APF Canada’s 2019–27 Women’s Business Mission to Asia Series and showcases Canadian women entrepreneurs advancing sustainable and resilient solutions across agrifood, cleantech, defence, energy, healthtech, and information and communication technology (ICT) — spotlighting the innovations they bring to strengthening and securing the global economy. The 12th mission in the series, this unique opportunity will bring together Canadian women entrepreneurs with businesses in Singapore and Taiwan to promote gender-inclusive trade, support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and catalyze international partnerships between Canadian companies and these key markets in Asia.

Beginning in Singapore, the mission will coincide with the Canada-in-Asia Conference (CIAC2027), as well as the Canadian Women’s International Network’s (CanWIN) invite-only investor forum. The group will then travel to Taiwan, where CanWIN will host its fourth annual CanWIN Global Summit (CGS2027) – and the first to be hosted in Asia.

The Canadian Women-only Business Mission to Singapore and Taiwan is generously supported by contributions from the Government of Canada through the Women Entrepreneurship Strategy (WES) Ecosystem Fund and our Official Airline Partner, Air Canada.

Those interested in joining the mission are encouraged to apply here. Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis until 11:59 pm ET on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, or until delegation spots are filled. Applicants are strongly advised to submit applications as soon as possible.
