He holds a Bachelor's in Global and International Studies from Carleton University’s Arthur Kroeger College of Public Affairs and recently earned a Master’s degree from Columbia University (GSAS/SIPA) in the United States. His research focuses on economic nationalism, international political economy, international trade, and nationalism theory — with a particular focus on how diaspora politics informs the formulation and orientation of foreign policy.

Tuvshinzaya Gantulga
Rio Tinto (Mongolia)l; APF Canada Indo-Pacific Research FellowRecent work: Indo-Pacific Outlook 2025Tuvshinzaya Gantulga a principal adviser at Rio Tinto Mongolia. Previously, he served as the foreign policy aide to the President of Mongolia and the executive director of the American Chamber of Commerce in Mongolia.
As part of his reserve officer duties in the Mongolian Armed Forces, Tuvshinzaya was deployed to Afghanistan as a member of the Mongolian contingent that served with NATO troops.
Tuvshinzaya holds an MPA from the School of International and Public Affairs of Columbia University in the City of New York, where he served as an online editor of the Journal of International Affairs. His articles have appeared in Foreign Affairs and The Diplomat.
He is also a Millennium Leadership Fellow at the Atlantic Council.

She is a Non-Resident Fellow at the Outer Space Institute, University of British Columbia and spent two years as Legal Adviser to the Ambassador, U.S. Embassy Panama.
